communication problem with TSX3721??

hello
i was trying to connect to the plc to upload the program but through pl7pro from my pc via tsxpcx1031 cable but when i pressed connect a message appeared and it said : Unable to establish the physical link with the PLC address SYS via driver UNTLW01.
i checked the COM port,the cable and the driver ,they are well installed so i changed the plc 3721 whith a nother one tsx3710 and same problem .
itaught may be it was the cable i changed it but same problem .
help please ?
