I need to read and change values through a hc 900 485 from Honeywell to change data in a PCO2 carel plc, any suggestions .....

If you have serial board for Carel PCO200MDM0 for RS-232 or PCO2004850 for RS-485 then you can get Modbus connecting with HC900. RTFM
