Request: Winconfig for PLC HT600

Dear everybody!
I'm a newbike in this forum.Now I must work with Winmation's PLC name HT600>

Winmation is brand of abb in china ( http://www.abb.com/cawp/cnabb051/3ac891 ... 55aa7.aspx )

I understand that winconfig is the software to config HT600 PLC but I can't find it anywhere.

Pls Help me!
