I am using Qauntum Unity 140CPU67160 in hotstandby configuration. In my case PLC-B is going to halt, therefore I decided to change the order inorder to check something,
The documents says the PLC Powered Up first will become PLC-A & PLC powered up later is PLC-B. Incase both PLCs Powered up together the one with lower MAC Address will become PLC-A. And We can modify the order via keypad, if memory protection is unlock.
In my case PLC with lower MAC Address is PLC-A and PLC with higher MAC Address is PLC-B, I switched off both PLCs and Start one having higher MAC Address, it became PLC-A, but when I switched on PLC with lower MAC Address Order changed and again PLC with lower MAC Address became PLC-A and PLC with higher MAC Address became PLC-B. I also tried to modify via keypad, but keypad is not modifying this order.
Kindly tell me is there any option to enable or diable the above behavior.
