Is it SCADA editor for Advantech Panels?

I have SPS-57 from Advantech, can I use this sw to make HMI for it? (tyou)

This software is intended for programming ABB AC 110 and 400-series controllers, not an Advantech.

I never heard about that. Each operator panel have some specific, so the only panel vendor or organization licensed by panel vendor can create a software for proprietary panel programming.
