Template Audit Check list Automation

Hello dear All,
I'm looking for a standard or specific checklist template to help me to do some audits in many industries in Automation, i'm not looking for a detailed list, because the aim is not to do an audit in the field (no istruments, no motors, no valves to audit, no power consumtion etc...).
