[?]: How to connect TS adater to PLC S7-300

Now i have software Simatic Manager 5.4,Teleservice 6.0 / hadware TS adapter V.5.
I want to direct conecting to PLC S7-300 i make the RS323 cable follow instruction manual of TS adapter
but after that i try to connect ,it can't to connecting the massage show no.13:4542.
After that try to set PG/PC interface but it can't.
Please instruct me how to connect it.

open teleservice - option - assign... - choose your connection(pb/mpi,rate,hsa) - ok - ok

Thank uou. I upload the picture of direct connection TS adapter.
please suggest me How to make the cable of RS323 for direct connection.
I need to use TS adapter to direct connection because i don't have the PC adapter.

open set_pg/pc
1)choose ts
2)press
3)your com-port
4)speed from dip-switch of ts-adapter

connect ts to plc & pc
start teleservice
5)option - assign ts adapter I/II parameters
6)choose your pc address
7)choose your network parameters

Thank you very much for you teach me.
Now i can connect PC to PLC.
I can use this adapter download HMI file from Touch screen by MPI connector or not ?
