Which card types do you want to copy? What the prommer are you use?
Here is two old versions of melcopy:

Oopps,

Sorry for my late feedback, but I was in hollidays and far away from computers stuff.

I'm trying to copy MS41 memory for Simadyn D PM16.
The prommer is an external parallel programmer, a version to use in a PG740 PIII with Struc G.

I'll try this one, hopefully it works.

By the way, did you know where I can get the other MEL* files, or the complete set of software for this type of prommer ?

Thank you very much.

Joca

Well,

Looks like the software works, but I have some problems because there are parameters that I don't know.
For instance, when I try to copy Card to File, there are some fields in the window which I don't know, the example are Attribute Memory size and Common Memory size.
The memory is MS41, the size is 512k of eprom and 2 k of eeprom.

Any clue ?

I was playing a little bit with the MELCOPY and RCOP and I reach to some (maybe wrong) conclusions, so:

- In Melcopy, the Attribute memory is the EEPROM and the Common memory is the EPROM.

- When I read the memory with Rcop, I get two files, one .BIN and another .EEP, which are the content of the memories. Both files have a header, that I think is created by Rcop. The content of Eprom is only partial (I think is only the part of the user code, the part of libraries is not there).

The funny thing is that the Melcopy files and also Bcpy, and others, looks like they have been made by CSM (a German company that have a lot of stuff for memory cards).

Anyone still have access to MELCOPY or RCOP? We're running STRUC-L 2.3.3 on a PG 730 and would like a way to backup the current EPROM+EEPROM MS31 modules.

Also any idea how to compare the offline copy of the program with the MS31 modules?

Thanks.
