Hello all.
I have a problem with the CNC machine. Namely, after turning on the machine, the Indramat drives remain on the "0" phase.
The machine is controlled by a BWO controller, NG8 083547 power supply, CNC 084564 card, a pair of I / O cards and a communication card. This is the SERC 084544 card. The communication between the controller and the drives is kardos (LWL).
The drives are HDS04.2-W200N .... 6 pcs and one DH05K1102-D.
"0" is displayed on all drives
BWO works on the segment display, the LEDs are switched in a "circle", only "A" is displayed on the SERC card display.
I tried to connect to the drives via the X2 DriveTop via RS232, but failed to establish a connection.
I don't have any software to communicate with BWO.
We swapped the optical fibers, but to no avail (result)
We only got information from the manufacturer of the machine that you need to connect to the drives.
Has anyone had a similar problem and managed to fix it?
