SIMOVERT MC - Enable Tech Option

Hi,
We have had a drive come back from repair and technology option is no longer active.
This is now producing a fault.
We are unable to locate the code that was purchased and with the delay in hearing back from Siemens, costing us downtime.
Because the drive was in server for over 500hours, we are unable to use the "special code".
My question is, is there a master key until the Drive key from Siemens is recieved?
Is there a way of knowing the unlock code based on the Drive serial since thats all you provide.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
