AP program or parameters? If parameters then you need Drive Composer.

Olá MEFinc
i have the DriveComposer but the program does not convert from 600 to 880.
if I had the add-on for the ACS800 for DriveWindow 2.93 maybe be possible to convert from 600 to 800 and then converting in "DriveComposer" from 800 to 880
i have de file *.dwl and text format but the parameters groups are very different and i can not apply the pid macros.
pretty much all I can fill the 99 group and some imputs
if you want to try I upload the file for you.

do you have the DriveWindow 2.94 :?: maybe the update for 2.95 by ABB has already the add-on for ACS800, i dont know :!:

best regards

centrifuge Guinard with Covirel controller
the drive ACS600 uses 3 analog inputs including potentiometer
3 analog input = command pid, pid feedback and set.point. AI1, AI2 and AI3 and more 2 analog output

the drive ACS880 only has 2 analog inputs, I bought a board with more entries.
the reference board I bought and the wiring diagram to better understand only Monday have access because it's in my job.

I couldn't download file (it gives me some .exe file). Please give direct link.
You only have a problem with AI? You have FIO-11 module or FAIO-01?

To convert par. file ACS600 to ACS880 with Drive Composer you need DriveWindow (2.3 or higher) par. file, not DriveWindow Light file (as you have).
I looked your file, you have easy drive settings so you could enter parameter by your hands.
I don't know your ACS880 drive type and it software, so I entered only main settings for your system with SF 2.21 version and ACS880-01-032A-3 drive type. You only need to initialize extension module FAIO-01 (in 14 group) and set AI3 for feedback signal (in 40.8 ).
HERE you can find file.

P.S. If you want more detailed parameterization upload .dwl file in english and upload your ACS880 drive par. file with initialized module (also you can set PID-CTRL macro in 96.4).

thank you very much for your cooperation.
tomorrow I'll tell you the result

hello mister MEFinc
I can not communicate with DriveWindow 2.3 and drive acs600, with DriveWindow LITE 2.93 i use RS482 and work well.
I do not have yet the module Analog I/O Extension FAIO-01 - 3AUA0000141436 (ABB term is 2weeks)
I was studying the parameters menu that you gave me, It sounds simple but I have no great experience in conversions so I ask you patience to help me.
I upload the ACS600 parameters in English , ACS880 parameters and electric scheme (it is secoundaire drive in schema) but I recognize that without the module FAIO-01 both of us can do nothing.
I hope for your cooperation
many tanks in advance

Do you have brake resistor (connected to the 2 drive)?

Hello Mister MEFinc
there is not brack resistor
the main drive (15KW) provides 500VDC to secondary drive (5,5KW), the secondary drive is not powered by 400VAC
I think the secondary drive works by regeneration

Parameter file.
You only need to initialize extension module FAIO-01 (in 14 group) and set AI3 for feedback signal (in 40.8 ).

P.S. In common DC systems if brake chopper doesn't use, then overvoltage and undervoltage control is set as enable. In your ACS600 they are disabled and I don't know why (in par. file for ACS880 I make them also as disable). May be because your system is using flux braking and it regenerate too much power.
Your ACS600 uses flux braking control, I disabled it on ACS880 because it need to be tuning on working system.
