I have Danfoss VLT 5000 crane driver when I operate it the ALARM[44] (Encoder fault) (Alarm LED flashing red) occurred but I didnot use encoder therefore:-
I goto parameter 650 and change protection level to (Level 1: Commissioning)by entering 110775 as a password, then I tried to change parameter 100 to (SPEED OPEN LOOP) but I can not even when parameter 18 is set to (NOT LOCKED)
what can I do to
1- Reset alarm or cancel it?
2- Change parameter 100 to (SPEED OPEN LOOP)?

Maybe you can't change the parameter cause is in operation.
Well,try to make a connection whith software and changed by there.

I can not connect it with software (I use usb to RS485 adapter) and used the software MCT 10 but when I try to connect error message appear (you can not connect this drive with this software "or somthing like this")

У меня такая же проблема Danfoss vlt500 crane, ввожу в 650 параметре пароль 110775, но параметр 100 не редактируется.
Пробовал подключаться через mct10 , там такая же проблема параметр не меняется.
Может есть у кого решение как перевести данный тип плат в Open Loop?
