G120 Search

Hello Everybody,
I'm having a problem with a G120 CU250-2DP, after working for a while it shows a fault and the display was showing "SEARCH" and different communication baud rates. It keep on searching for 10 minutes until I recycled power. then it came back to normal function.
This drive has being showing encoder faults constantly with no reason, I am guessing the problem is in CU but I am not sure.
Can somebody help me?
