i cant conect to drive LXM05A WITH soft powersuite com1 19.2 even 8bit spitbit 1

you must first have RS 232 to RS 485 converter

Thanks i take RS 232 to RS 485 converter and with PowerSuite take backup from drive LXM05A now i cant conect to drive SD328BU68S2 how can take backup from this drive ?
