SOS: Mitsubishi mr-j3-b

hi all
i downloaded Setup221E from here to connect mr-j3-b with my pc, but no connection with USB, he don't recognize him, so please i need thes driver and some help, i also have an 25 error with the mr-j3-b, any idea please ?

Usually error 25 means you left the motor for too long with out power
So it drains out the battery

Try to cycle power off/on for few minutes and replacethe battery
Regarding the program i don't know why, but it appears that usb driver is not correctly configured
