Profibus card, Micromaster 420

Hello
I have a problem with communication Profibus between S7-300 with Micromaster 420.
Someday I wrote a diagnositic program for S7-300.
I tested my program just like that:
I pulled the plug from Micromaster, after this I inserted the plug to Profibus socket.
I remember, when I touched plug with socket I saw many sparks.
Now I can't establish a communication with MM4. On the profibus card I see a orange led without blinking.
It is posibility that the card is damage?
