[?]: Sinamics S120 Commissioning Trouble Shooting

Today I got trouble when did commissioning with Sinamics S120.
When I configured, key in motor, encoder data (topology already auto detected before) and tried to download to drive.
One CU320 controlled 4 motors (Vector motor control mode), but was unsuccessful download.
It had two drives success, two others always made fault at SMC30 (Encoder module).
I was checking fault code:F31120 (N, A) Encoder 1: Power supply voltage fault
said that checking R0949, then the R0949 saw that bit 0=0, bit 1=1.
I checked encoder, encoder cable .... were in good quality, cable connecting was right but I still can not download to driver, SMC30 always got fault.
If you have experience with this, please give me an advice. Thank so much.

I already solved this matter, this is "fu..k" encoder from Sick. They did not programed before they sold to customer but they put a template said that programed in HTL 1024ppr.
