I got a problem with the Field communicator 475.
While upgrading it using the memory card, the display freezed and I needed to power it off. But when I powered it on again, this message is appeared: "the unit did not boot up properly, please select one of the following: retry-reflash-recover", but unfortunately I can't select none of the options.
Unfortunately Emerson ceased the support for this product.
Please help me.
