Factory setting PROFACE HMI

I have a GP-4501T screen which I plan to reuse, it belonged to a machine made in China, for which it has installed a runtime with password. I need to know the procedure, if it can be done, to restart the screen (I am not interested in the installed program) and then be able to install a new runtime. I don´t have a password to access the offline menu. Password 1101 does not work.
