Help! Questions on ArchestrA 2012 R2 Galaxy Types, Template

Please help to answer:
1. When create new Galaxy, only default, base in touch, and reactor demo I touch Galaxy types available. From the manual, there should have the above three types plus other two types, Base Application server and ite demo. Why they are missed in my case? What’s wrong?
2. In Template toolbox, only showing “system”, where are “Application” and “Device Integration”? I created a Galaxy from Base Intouch type. How to fix?
