Can you please share link for Wonderware OPC Tag Creator or S7 Das Tag Creator.
Something with OPC Tag Creator setup from http://old.intouch.ru/support/pub/ is not good.

I found a solution. I tried install it on Win 7 x64, sorry to bother you. Everything is now ok.
Also i found tag creator in other topics.
