[?]: Hasp Dumper problem

Dear Friends

I am trying to dump my USB hasp HL dongle using Hasphl2010, but i am receiving error 19
and when i try manual dump i receive error 7

can anybody help regarding this issue?

i think both errors sign "Don't find the connected dongle"
