em procurar, busca o teu ficheiro, upload ....
o ficheiro não pode ter + de 100M, se tiver, com o winrar divide-o
no fim do upload o raidshare informa-te o link, copia e "et voila"

it is simple, goes to rapidshare, search your file and upload
the file cannot have more than 100 Mb
