Application servicesd.exe error with PVP7

I have a panelview plus 7,and often popup a messagebox"application servicesd.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down"
i searched the rockwell knowledgebase and find a article about it:

but unfortunately I don't have techconnect. If someone can grab the solution from there I'd be grateful. Thanks
