Factorytalk Cache Timeout in: Expired

Hi All,
May I kindly ask what should be the solution.
I succesfully installed studio 5000 v30 and follow the activation method.
Sadly i am unlucky to register.
i copy flexsvr.exe" in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockwell Software\FactoryTalk Activation" - "FTACommon.dll" in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Rockwell"
copy the license "ftasystem.lic" in "C:\Users\Public Documents\Rockwell Automation\Activations"
The only strange error i see is:
Directory: Local
Logon Information: Not log on to directory local
Factorytalk Cache Timeoutin: Expired
Any solution?
