How to upload AB PanelView 600 HMI software?

Dear Sirs,
I need to translate the texts of a PanelView 600 HMI to my language.
I´m using PanelBuilder 32 software.
I can´t establish communication between HMI X PC. I read in the user's manual that it is necessary to disable printer to establish communication via RS-232.
In the HMI configurations, it is not possible disable printer pressing a function key (ex: F7). The printer is always enabled.
I´ve tried to establish communication with RS Linx software through DF1 RS-232, UIC and other drivers, but none works.
Please, could anyone help me?
