LED 'RUN' GE FANUC CPU 363 cannot lit

Dear ALL,

I have PLC GE FANUC 90-30 CPU 363 with serial number IC693CPU363-DL.
I assembly only 3 part : Back plane, power supply and CPU.
I try to power on my PLC, but LED 'RUN' not lit, I try to change switch from off to on, but 'RUN' still not lit.

what the problem ?

Hello, you must configure the hardware first using Proficy Machine Edition software of LM90-30 software then you can Run the PLC
