[?]: how i can connect Micrologix 1200?

I have plant running with PLC Allen Bradley Micrologix 1200 and i can't connect it with programming cable and when i try this cable in another plant connect without any problem . but i don't know why didn't connect in this PLC . Is this PLC is being protected

Check to see your COM port is correct, if everything is correct, then try a slower Baud Rate. There are other things that you could try, but I'd start there.

PS: Make sure that you have the correct version of RSLinx (matches the micrologix version or greater) and EDS files installed.
