Hi all
In Old tires factory they have 2 machine used for building tires (stage 1 and stage 2) in each machine they have Westinghouse PLC and 4 DC drivers and 4 DC motors.
The first Motor is 7 HP DC motor (main motor).
The other 3 motors are 0.75 HP.
They decide to replace the PLC, Motors (with Servo motors) and drivers.
Can you help me by putting a suitable design?
Note: The PLC also has 80 digital inputs and 60 digital outputs (24V DC)

i dunno i would go with an AB compact logix controller, probably your going to need a bus for all your i/o, for the servos i would go with ultra 3000 with sercos interface.
