[?]: RSView and Painel View PLUS 1500

everybody I am having trouble downloading an application via serial to the panel view 1500 plus when I go in RSView can not see through the HMI Rslix Enterpise RSLINK Classic but can not see what it might be happening?

Flavio in rs view when you make the download click with rigth button of the mouse and add a new component, in this case a panel view plus 1500 the procedure is equal when you execute download via ethernet
