PLC OMRON

I have a bit problems with pulse output channels.
I'm using PLC OMRON CP1E N30DT-A. And there're 2 pulse output channels.
Why I can't use both channel at the same time. I've tried a lot but it can't.
When i use it at the same time to drive my motor with SPED instruction, pulse ouput 0 is good. It follows my input but pulse output 1 is not.
In addition, i have problem with high speed counter input. ItI can't read my encoder.
