[REQUEST] loadable driver for OLD modbus S5 Protocol

I need to connect a old S5 cpu 934B (115 version ) with EMERSON deltaV via MODBUS
I already have a CP525 ( comunication processor ) but i need a driver

The code of thi driver are :

master : 6ES5897 2KB21
slave : 6ES5897 2QA21

Anyone have this driver ??
