[?]: full FuzzyControl ++ V5

Can anyone upload the pro version of FuzzyControl++.
In demo version, i can't not to connect FuzzyControl++ with Step7.
Are there any another way???
Please help me.

Thanks for your reply,but i already knew about the topic of the link that you gave me.I've download the program and install in my PC but it seem that some problem with the crack and i still see an error measage "Function is not availbe with DemoVersion" when i try to link the software to SIMATICS7.
So pls give me some solution for this situation.

Try with PLCSIM first.

Make sure you have installed PLCSIM v5.4. (older version didn't have SIM drivers separated but only MPI driver),

then go to config PC/PG and use PLCSIM(MPI) driver (S7ONLINE (STEP7) -->PLCSIM(MPI))

In Fuzzy select target (S7-4K or 20K) and connect to target.
default settings are MPI address: 2
rack: 0, slot: 2, datablock: 30 (for S7-4k) or 31 (S7-20K)

make sure you have all the blocks (FB FC and DB) already downloaded in the PLC (PLCSIM).

if you still have errors try using original Fuzzy software (not cracked dlls) and EKBs from which can be found over the internet.

This are some further instructions which I already sent to your PM.

I my case I use PLCSIM (testing purposes), however PLCSIM can be easily changed with real PLC (S7300 or 400).

You need Step 7, PLCSIM v5.4 as I mentioned, FuzzyControl v5.0 and licenses (EKBs)

You can use original FuzzyControl instalation + licenses or cracked version from the forum.

I have installed licenses: FuzzyControl++ Base, and Fuzzy Control++ Industrial ethernet. If you have cracked version then I think you don't need licenses.

After installation of FuzzyControl you open step7 project and load libraries from fuzzy to your project. Start a new OB1 (or OB32,etc) and insert FB30 (s7-4k platform) to network, what will automatically create DB30. If you use s7-20k platform use FB31. This depends on the amount of memory you nee and the PLC has. (I use s7-4K for tests)

From the step manager click to power on PLCSIM (icon) and download the project step7 to the Simulator. You should have OB(x) block, FB3(y) and DB3(y) blocks in the PLCSIM (or PLC).
Then save plcsim copnfiguration so yuo can start it again later if you want without step7 dowloding the program AND shutdown STEP7!!!
Important as Step7 and Fuzzy cannot be connected to PLCSIM at the same time. While PLCSIM is running you start Fuzzy Control.

Go to Fuzzycontrol, create New project (in cracked version or if you have licenses you avoid message "This is a demo version .... ") . Define lets say 2 inputs, 2 outputs. In Targetsystem - Manager you should have S7-4K or S7-20K and others platforms.. then Select s7-4K platform and then Connect: new window appears.. (my settings are)

S732.dll - correct the path to the dll file. Usually it is in C:\WINDOWS\system32\s732.dll

In Connection information: select "S7online". you have set in the PC/PG settings before that S7online means: S7ONLINE STEP7 -- PLCSIM(MPI))

Connection parameters: MPI, Target adsress: 2, Rack: 0, slot: 2, DB: 30 (depnds what platforrm you selected FB30, DB30 or FB31, DB31)

press OK and connect. IT should say that DB block is empty and the connection is successful. then you download or upload fuzzy projects.

If you have still problems, post an image of the error you get here , to see if the problem is in the Fuzzy, drivers, licenses...

Hi,

Ok, the first picture is normal... the second picture shows you have problems with trial version of FuzzyControl. Find Fuzzy EKBs on the Forum, somebody uploaded the EKBs recently (check topic "Simatic Neurosystems Key/software"). Then you can also use original version of FuzzyControl and not cracked version.

1. Make sure you are using License Manager version 2 or 2.2 + something... it must not be version 3 (cracked licenses will not work).
The problem is if you instal PLCSIM v5.4, it will automaticaly install License Manager version 3. Install it and install version 2.2 or 2, from Step7 software.

I also see in the picture that the Simatic manager is still running in tha taskbar on your computer. Make sure PLCSIM is running alone, so to be sure close the Step7 manager after you download blocks to the PLCSIM. Then connect to the target with FuzzyControl.

Third picture error: Check if you have PLCSIM version 5.4 installed, I think I had the same error, before I corrected settings in PC/PG. PLCSIM version 5.4 installs additional communication drivers PLCSIM(MPI). In PC/PG settings you define S7ONLINE STEP7 --> PLCSIM(MPI).

In the fourth picture you can not set parameters because you dont have licenses (DEMO version). Try to install licenses from the forum... then set evrything as I mentioned in previous post.

I use Automation License Manager V1.0Sp1 and i think it can be recognize the FuzzyKey, the I do everything exactly as you said. It's don't have the error like the Second picture ( i sent you ) but it still have the error like the Thirth picture ( something relate to "can't not load the S732.dll"). You said that the right path for this file is " C:\Windows\system32\s732.dll" but when the Fourth picture appear i can see that the path is not correct,The path is " C:\WindowNT\system32\s732.dll" is there something wrong??
I really need your help because i must be connect FuzzyControl with S7 for my Final exam at my University.So, can you give me your YahooID or something like that ,after that i can chat with you to find out more information ( I think it's easier for me to solve my problem)
