[?]CPU 224XP CN has been protected to provent program upload

I try to upload from CPU 224XP CN

Step7 Micro/win show this message when I click upload

"The PLC has been protected to provent program upload."

But no message block that ask for password.

Anyone know how to solve this?

try change language Chineese ( Tools, Option, General ),
restart microwin, and upload your program

No, It's password level 4 for v2.01 (Disallow upload).

I have this plc as well
I can be online but when I download program its given me error messages.
is there any solution for it?
