How config analog input of VIPA 314ST in STEP 7 5.3 SP3 ?

I am with STE7 5.4 and everything work just fine with the speedbus but i have some problems with my can interface i still don't know where the bits from the vipa configuration tool going to the VIPA plc if someone have some experience with that please contact me.

And if someone have a contact of their support please give it to me, because i have some problems with the support in my country.

the hotline in Bulgaria don't know what to do they don't know anything about the CAN interface
