Plcsim not working

I have installed S7 5.3 sp3 and now I added Plcsim 5.3 with license key.
The probelm is that when I open simulator it shows me no plc windows and nothing happens when I click on new simulation.
In the bottom right is MPI=(here is nothing)
Can anyone tell me what's wrong ?
How can I get Plcsim to work ?
