AT&T string in the modem with Teleservices ?

Hello,

For a project off our company I have to make a modem connection
from the Netherlands to Samara in Kazakhstan, to communicate with a
S7 315 PLC.

Is there someone who has done this before, and how to make the
AT&T string in the modem, to get a working connection.
And what is the modem you are using.
