is there solution to programe S7-200 Cpu 224 with S7-300 313c Backup, because i have two machines with the same hardware the deffence between them is the S7 Cpu. the working one is s7-300 and the dead one is S7-200,

Unfortunately, I think you are out of luck.
Although the two CPUs have the same brand (Siemens), they are in fact quite different from each other. If I remember correctely, S7-200 is not even Siemens-based, it started in Texas Instruments. They have different architecture, different instructions. You will have to make all things by hand, and mind that instructions are not equal, as well as the way timers and counters work.
