As far as I know there is still no way of cracking a S7-1200 or bypass the password.
Well, there is an academic article that indicates how this can be done (couldn't find it now),
but you need the cryptographic key that is somewhere in TIA Portal folder, and they didn't share how it can be found.
And all the process is increbibly complex.
So, sorry to say, but you have no way.
