S7-200 : Hardware detected a framing error

Hello expert,

I am getting this error "Hardware detected a framing error" and not be able to communicate with S7-200 PLC (CPU 226 CN). I have tested my computer/cable with another S7-200 PLC and it works just fine.
Anyone know why this error coming up?

i had same problem with s7200 cpu(CN).I tried communicate this PLC by MPI cable and select baud rate 19200 bps.it was working.
if i use PPI cable it won't comm with PC.I hope your problem will solve.All the best
