I want to have a computer for archiving what is the best way

My Project is MULTI PROJECT PCS7 V9.0 SP1 and AND SERVER&STANDBY and 5Client and Es

What The best way?

If I use Process historian The archives can only be performed on it (process historian)or on the server and standby or both?

Or use the software iba PDA ,iba Server
