[?+]: tia portal v15.1 library version confict

I try to learn about mt_mail function but my tia portal v15.1 doesn't let me do anything, gives me a error of "library version confict",
so i upgrade the firmware of my s7-1214 C DC/DC/DC from v4.2.1 to V4.3.1, and the problem keep's the same.
So, what can i do to fix this problem?!?!?

open instruction tree
navigate to open user communication, in right side see version of library in blue color, change it to last one

Thank's for your reply, that i know how to do it and i alredy try it ,
and i discover that the problem is missing some updates on TIA PORTAL,
so, i update the TIA PORTAL and now everithing work's fine, even with the new update on the plc.
