4 server pcs7 with 400H?

can we use two pair server insted of one pair server to make more ability redunduncy in the pcs7 with 400H?

Whatever your 400H means only one S7-4xx PLC with fault-tolerant capability or real H-system with pair of them - you may have as much OS servers as you want. But keep in mind that all of them should be assigned to the certain AS system in plant hierarhy.
