TIA PORTAL v!13, unable to download to S7-300 via PC adapter

Hello, help me plz solve problem, I have TIA 13 upd 1 installed on my PC, I am trying to download to S7-300 PLC via PC adapter MPI, but it is impossible, because TIA does not have an option "PC adapter MPI" under project tree->online eccess, also when I try to find accessible devices there are only PN/IE and TeleService options, but not MPI.
Windows 7 sp 1, under control panel->set PG/PC interface setting is correct (S7Online step 7-PC adapter MPI).
Anybody knows how to fix this?
