Dear All
I have SIMATIC Manager 5.5 and I Try to upload the project from CPU 313 but it ask for password in uploading.
How can I upload the project?
can you help me by determine password of mmc of s7 300 plc protected by password

Hi,
In following link You have description and two programs with description (unfortunately in Russian).
In short You need to insert MMC in external USB card reader (important: do not format S7-MMC card). Start S7imgRD.exe to read image.
Afterward start Unlocks7200and300.exe to unlock S7 program from image file created with S7imgRD.exe.

please can you resend this link? I am in a similar situation and needs to get the s7-300 program password from the MMC.

As far as I remember, this does not work on new versions. Or am I wrong?

Hello everyone,

I have the same problem with a S7 400 with EEPROM MC, these software are fine too
