Anyone know if we can use a Simatic PG M2 as a replacement for a PG 730 for programming Simadyn-D (16 bit) MS31 PROM modules?

We've got the software (STRUC 2.33) running within a DOS partition on the PG M2 but it doesn't see the MS31 modules when you use the PN-EPROM function. We're plugging the MS31 module into the UP2 adapter from the PG 730 and then pugging all that into the S5 PROM adapter for the PG M2. STRUC just reports the module as faulty or missing.

Failing that, the manual mentions a serial connected PROMMER for none-PG PCs, anyone heard of these?
