Hello Experts,
We have a S7 300 PLC ie CPU-315-2D as master and 4 CPU-315-2DP slave plc's.Everything was running perfect till last week and suddenly it went to stop mode. now SYSF indication is constantly red and BUSF is flashing red and CPU mode is stop mode. I have tried to restart the system but same situation. Master CPU is having one more module for SCADA communication which is CP-342-5 which is having no indication now.Please guide me to troubleshoot this problem. Also if i want to access the CPU which version of STEP7 is required and from where I can download this.

You can use Step 7 on your PC (but Universal PC adapter is needed), or on PC where SCADA is.
Which version? Depends of which OS (Windows) you have.
