[?]: How to programming old S7-314 ?

Hello All, I need a software to progarm a old controller back in the old times....I checked the controller model, and the software package needed must be either V5.0 or V5.0 SP1 that's the only software version contains that modular module, I no longer can find the software anywhere, please help!

I am not sure, the controller I am trying to connect to is a S7-300 CPU "314-1AE04-0AB0" according to this PDF file

Under Configuration software I could only use Step 7 V5.0 or V5.0 SP1.

Looks like I am running out of luck, but thanks for all your efforts !

use Step7 v5.5 SP4 for programming old and very old PLC - this is notTotalIA Portal

That's awesome I really did not know you could do that, just curious however where can I download a version of that software you are just showing me? I just need it for this small project....
