[?]: Problem when download program to PLC S7-315

Hi, i have a CPU S7-315 2DP (6ES7 315-1AF03-0AB0 ).
I upload project from CPU then replace a new memory card 6ES7 951(left).

When i download this project to CPU but I can not view CPU (I use PC adapter and CP5611).
Who can help me?

Setting MPI in HWConfig ?
and Setting PG/PC interface
Open the dialog via "Start > Settings > Control Panel > Set PG/PC interface".

what leds status on your cpu?

When i Insert new memory card, All Led went light
