Dear all
Today i have customer asked for service a Siemens Masterdrive Compact Plus MC "6SE7014-OPT50" and i got many problem that are:
1: fault F2: Pre-charging can not fix.
2: Can not connect laptop with the drive via drive-monitor software. I have long time worked with SimovertMaster Drive VC and used the same cable connect the drive but can not connect so how can I connect this drive to laptop?
3: This drive already phaseout so I can not find the manual, operation instruction, parameter list or other document like as "VC Kompendium". If you have the document, please share that to me.
